Patron Board Interest Indicator for 2026

We invite you to get involved and make a meaningful impact by contributing your time and talents to our organization. Each Patron is required to serve a minimum of four years of Board service. Role descriptions for Board positions can be reviewed here.

Note: If you are presenting a Debutante next year or you are a Sustainer, you do not need to complete this form. Ball Chair and Ball Production Chairs who have completed their service have fulfilled their board service obligations.
